A loan of $1,300 helped a member to buy ingredients for making food such as meat, etc.

Kaaguy Poty Group's story

The Kaaguy Poty Women's Committee was set up thanks to Dali who got in touch with Fundación Paraguaya. Dali is a rural technician who works in the area and she was the one who told her friends about the possibility of receiving a loan through the "Women's Committee' program.

This committee is made up of ten hard-working and tenacious women. Their business is making food such as snacks, 'chipas' (cheese buns), sandwiches, etc. Every day they make and sell the food that they prepare.

These ladies tell us that this is the first time they have requested a loan from Fundación Paraguaya and they will use the money to buy ingredients for the food that they make. They are very hopeful about this loan since it will be very helpful to them.
