Esta Ventanilla se llama V.R.C. 26 DE NOVIEMBRE, se encuentra ubicada en el Recinto Las Blancas, perteneciente al Cantón Ventanas, esta ventanilla tiene 10 socio los cuales se dedican a labores agrícolas de ciclo corto siembra de maíz, arroz y frejol gandul.

Luisa se dedica a la agricultura en especial a la siembra de maíz, arroz y frejol gandul. Las comprar las realiza en Ventanas cada mes y las vende en la feria de la misma localidad.
