A loan of $225 helped to cultivate his land, transplant seedlings, hire laborers and pay for water.

Fredrick's story

Fredrick is a 27-year-old farmer who grows rice. He is married to Mary. They are blessed with one child. He has been in the farming business for the past nine years. He has a monthly income of 15,000, which he uses to support his family members.

He is applying for his first loan from KADET after being introduced by a KADET staff member. Fredrick will use the loan for land cultivation, transplanting of seedlings, hiring of laborers and paying for water to irrigate his crops. He will use the anticipated profit to lease an extra acre of land and improve his rice farming business. He hopes to create enough wealth to live a stable life with his family.
