Ashot's story

Ashot is 61 years old. He and his wife live in the village of Varser in the Sevan region. His children live with their own families. By trade, Ashot is a bookkeeper, and he has worked in his profession for many years for different organizations.

At present, Ashot works in rural administration and, at the same time, farms. His wife helps Ashot on the farm, and thanks to that the farm is expanding. They raise cows, sheep and hens. They also work their own land. They use the profit they get from farming for their family’s needs.

Ashot has asked for a loan of 1,000,000 drams to buy fifteen sheep which will allow him to increase the family’s income in the future.
