Rosario's story

Rosario, 41, is a very kind, hard working woman. She lives in her own house with her three beloved children that she wants to provide a better quality of education for.

The snack bar that Rosario runs is located in the District Municipality of Yarinacocha. She gained the right to it two years ago and has worked very hard all that time to make it successful. Now, her snack bar is well equipped and serves workers and people who want something delicious and healthful starting very early.

What she most enjoys about the work is tending to her customers. She’s been in business four years and considers the most difficult part having to tend to the snack bar all day because often she has to stay until quite late because of the large number of customers she has. In the future she’d like to improve her snack bar’s installations to thus provide better customers service.

This will be her fourth loan with MFP and she expects to be very punctual with her payments. She is a much respected member of her communal bank because of the responsibility she exhibits. She will use the requested 1500 new soles to buy the ingredients she needs to make the dishes she sells in her snack bar.
