A loan of $1,100 helped to buy tables and chairs.

Cheril's story

Cheril, age 28, is a very unassuming and hard-working woman. She lives in her own house with her two beloved children, ll year old Luis and 2 year old Cesar. She wishes to give them a better quality of life.

Cheril’s food stand is one of the busiest in the city of Pucallpa. Every day her customers come together at her stand to enjoy the delicious dishes she prepares. She is a very good cook because her love for cooking was born when she was very young. Now, she is very happy doing this work. What she likes the most about her work is cooking, which she does with great care. She has been doing this for two years.

The most difficult part is taking care of all of the people who go to her stand. Many times she has to work alone, and she cannot keep up with the demand. As the months pass by she hopes to improve the infrastructure of her food stand and get more customers.

This will be her fifth loan with MFP. Thus, she hopes to have the support of each one of you in order to expand her business. She is a very participatory member of her communal bank.

She will use the requested 3,000 soles to buy chairs and tables to better adapt her food stand.
