Ngeno's story

Ngeno is a 32-year-old businessman who sells health products in Kenya. He stocks herbal products and also knits on the side for extra income. He has been in this business for four years and employs one person. He operates his business in a highly populated area in a residential estate.

He is requesting a loan of 50,000 Kenyan shillings, which is guaranteed by the members of Stars of Hope SHG group that Ngeno is a member of. With the loan, Ngeno intends to add stock of health products and knitting threads for the two businesses that he operates. Since joining Faulu, Ngeno says that his life has improved. He describes himself as hardworking.
