The Jappo Jappalante group was created in September 2007 on the day the "village bank" was inaugurated. It is made up of 23 women who all come from the same neighborhood. They are all small-scale retailers.

Madame Marième (seated second, left to right) is the leader of the group. She is 37, married, and the mother of four children. She is caring for three other members of her family.

She sells cloth, a business she has been in for more than 16 years. With this loan she intends to stock up on cloth. The profit from her business will allow her to put aside savings and help her husband cover food and school fees.

Le groupe Jappo Jappalante est créé en Septembre 2007 au jour de l’inauguration du banc villageois. Il est composé de 23 femmes qui toutes issues du même quartier. Elles ont comme activité principale le petit commerce.

Madame Marième (assise en deuxième position de la gauche vers la droite) est responsable du groupe. Elle est âgée de 37 ans, est mariée et mère de 04 enfants, elle a 03 autres membres de sa famille en charge.

Elle vend des tissus. Activité qu’elle pratique depuis plus de 16 ans.

Avec ce prêt elle compte s’approvisionner en tissus.

Les bénéfices de son activité lui permettront d’épargner et de soutenir son mari dans la prise en charge alimentaire et scolaire.
