A loan of $725 helped to purchase more meat to stock her business.

Julia's story

Julia, 40 years old, is a very friendly and hard-working woman. She lives in her own house alongside her husband, Homero, 47, and their three dear children to whom they wish to provide a better quality of life. Julia's daily activity is selling meat. She has a stall in the No 2 market (an important market in the city of Pucallpa), which is very busy, since she always sells meat of very good quality. She is a very happy seller and receives her customers with a smile on her lips. What she likes most about her work is to converse with her neighboring sellers. She has been doing this work for 13 years and considers having to stay at her stall all day without being able to leave the most difficult part. However, it's part of the work and of the sacrifice to be able to earn more money. In the future, she wishes to have a larger meat shop where she can attend to her customers better. This will be the fifteenth loan with MFP, so she hopes for the support of all of you so that she can achieve her dreams. In addition, she wishes to make her payments on time. In her community bank, she is a trustworthy and united member. With the 2,000 new "soles" requested, she will buy more meat to stock her stall better.
