Solidario El Campo Group's story

"Solidario El Campo" [Rural Solidarity]

The group is made up of Marta, 35, Rebeca and Ursulo who have various businesses. Marta Lidia earns a living making huipiles (colorful Mayan tunics) and sashes by hand, but also sells tortillas. Her primary business activity is the weaving. Rebeca also earns a living making huipiles by hand, but also raises crops. Ursulo earns a living selling slushees (sweet crushed-ice beverages) as a street vendor.

All of them require their loan in order to get supplies and increase their sales and profits, so as to give their children a better future.
