Anonymous's story

Medida is from Nuevo Naranjo in the state of Chiapas, Mexico. She is married to Benjamín, with whom she has had three children: Alisvediana, 16, and Fernando, 15, live with them but support themselves, while Daniela, 9, is still under Medida's care. Medida has worked with other loans and this is the first one she is requesting through the foundation, and it's to purchase cattle to later resell in the area. This is her first time doing this activity, and she hopes to have good results and have money for her household. Her husband inspired her to do this activity since he is working outside of the country and he doesn't want what he makes invested poorly in another activity without good results, so she decided to buy and sell livestock since it's the only one that will give her good earnings. Her biggest goal is that with chickens and this activity she can make headway and, with the help of her husband, she can grow her business day by day and make progress for her family.
