A loan of $1,200 helped to purchase cattle feed.

Lidia's story

Lidia lives in the Tamborada zone. She has her own cattle, and she daily produces raw milk which she sends to a refrigerated tank that is in the area. Later, the industrial plant picks up the milk twice a day - at 8 am and 7 pm.

Lidia has always raised cattle. Through this business, she has been able to giver her children an education, and she has been able to generate better revenue day by day. Now, she still has to work because she wants to improve her quality of life a little bit since her house is made of adobe bricks.

Lidia saw the opportunity to purchase some feed from traveling salesmen, so she is requesting a loan to purchase feed for her cattle and take advantage of the price while the feed is being sold. This way, she will be able to save on feeding her cattle, and the cows will be able to produce more milk.
