A loan of $200 helped to buy flour, milk, and eggs, etc.

Nancy Julia's story

Nancy is a very hard-working woman. She devotes herself to the business of making cakes and “leche asada” (crème caramel), among other desserts. The desserts are made with her son’s help, and they are distributed to kiosks, schools, and grocery stores, etc. Thanks to her efforts and perseverance, the business is going very well for her.

Nancy has an oven that she bought with the loan she requested. Thanks to the oven, she is able to make her products in greater quantities and with more ease. Nancy’s hope is to establish a café with a juice bar in her house. That way she will continue generating profits for her family.

With the help of the requested loan she plans to buy ingredients for making her desserts. She will buy ingredients like flour, milk, and eggs, etc. She will set up a small sweet shop where she can display her products and not have to leave to deliver them.
