Koutediomboulo Group's story

This solidarity group was created August 17, 2005. The nine women who compose the group all live in the same neighborhood.

Mrs. Sire Demba, who is on the right of the picture with her hand raised, is the group's leader. She is 40 years old. She is married and a mother of three.

She is active retailing sugar, soap, dried fish and palm oil. She has a very good experience in this domain, since she has been operating in it for several years.

This loan will make it possible for her to expand her activities by strengthening her stock of merchandise.

Profits will allow her to increase her savings and to contribute to the improvement of the family's living conditions (food, clothing, etc.)
