Rene's story

Rene, 23, is single living in his parents’ house which only has electricity in Tambogrande District that belongs to Piura Department. The area is known for having much farming, livestock raising and crafts making. Rene has raised sheep for several years. The corral holding his sheep is in his back yard. He feeds them nutritionally balanced feed like natural grasses and once they reach ideal size he sells them in the Tambogrande and Piura markets. Money he gets from the sale of his sheep is used to cover his personal expenses. His father has passed on some farmland to him where he grows lemons. He has asked Edpyme Alternativa for an 1800 new sol loan to buy nutritionally balanced animal feed thus insuring good growth and development of his animals. He will also use it to buy fertilizer to improve his farmland and thus his crop yields. Rene is a very responsible, hard working person whose only aim is helping his parents his parents economically at home to have a better quality of life.
