Laura owns a small mobile radio service business. She works with 45 mobile phones. She has been in the market for 4 years. She is separated from her husband and has two sons aged 5 and 7. Laura is responsible for all household expenses.
She will invest the money in the purchase of a phone line, because her customers say that her phone line gets congested during peak hours. With the additional phone line she expects to be able to provide a better service to her customers. She is a young and hard working person, very grateful to the organisation for the support received.
