Mujeres De Chajabal Group's story

Lidia is a married lady. She is 31 years old and and completed six years of elementary school. She has three children, two of whom are currently in elementary school. Lidia does housework and also makes t-shirts. She started her t-shirt business through her own initiative and with a desire to improve herself. She currently has ten years experience in the business. Lidia has the support of her husband who also weaves products and buys and sells goods.

Lidia got together a group so that they could request a loan. She will use her loan to buy fabric for making children's and adults' t-shirts. The other members of her group work in different businesses including: making t-shirts, selling traditional clothes, making and selling footwear, and raising animals. In the future, Lidia would like to see her business grow and make better profits.
