A loan of $375 helped to buy a greater quantity of beer.

Maximina's story

Maximina is a 38 year old mother. She lives with her husband and children in her own house. She has electrical service. They live in a rural zone in the Tambogrande district, which is in the Piura departments. The population dedicates itself to agriculture, livestock, and handicrafts.

Four years ago Maximina set up her pub where she sells fish and seafood dishes in her own home. She sells beer there, which is a product that sells more on the week-ends. With the income she gets she will be able to cover the family obligations.

Upon observing that her business is growing, Maximina believes it advisable to request a loan for 1,000 soles from Edpyme Alternativa. She will use the loan to buy more beer. This way she will be able to get more income from the sales that she makes. This will allow her to give her family a better quality of life.

Maximina is a very enterprising and hard-working woman whose only objective is to get her family ahead.
