A loan of $925 helped to buy more stock items for her store.

Karin Soledad's story

Karin, 32, is married living with her husband and two daughters in her own house that has water and electricity, located in Guadalupe District about 30 minutes from Pacasmayo Province and an hour from La Libertad Department. This is farming, livestock raising and tourism area.

About three years ago Karin set up a grocery store in her house stocked with basic need items (oil, milk, rice, sugar, etc.) and soft drinks. It has an established customer base in the area and income she earns makes it possible for her to support the family and improve its quality of life.

Because of that she has asked Edpyme Alternativa for a 2500 new sol loan to buy more products for the store to stock it with the aim in mind of her customers being able to find what they need to consume allowing Karin to repay the loan, meet her daily expenses and, in the near future, be able to have a larger store stocked with all sorts of products.
