A loan of $875 helped a member to buy adult pigs to sell and feed for them.

G.s. Las Mojarras Group's story

The “Las Mojarras” (The Tilapias) group is composed of three very tenacious people who seek ways to get ahead in life every day. Irvin José is a pig merchant. He’s been in this line of work for over 6 years.

He started thanks to his mother and with his own efforts because he needed to support his family and his 6-year-old son in his care. He’s always been a very responsible man because he’s always thinking of improving his home’s economy.

The reason for the loan request is to buy adult pigs to sell and to buy feed for them so that he can sell them very well fed.

In this group: Carla Modesta, Saul Jacinto, Irvin Jose
