A loan of $1,200 helped to buy a natural gas tank for his vehicle.

Armando Alberto Pedro's story

Armando is 46 years old and lives in "San Juan de Dios” development, in the western part of the city of Cochabamba. He lives in a rental house together with his two children who are still financially dependent on him, and his mother.

Armando works as an accounting assistant in a cleaning company. His second business activity is running a radio taxi. He does this work at night since he needs to pay for his mother's medicines and also those of his son who had an accident which left him with no movement in his legs. He has to undergo physiotherapy sessions which are very expensive. Armando has to make twice as much effort since the mother of his children abandoned them when they were very young and, from that moment on, he became solely responsible for the education, care and future of his children, in addition to taking care of his mother.

Armando is requesting this loan to buy a natural gas tank for his vehicle since this will enable him to make more income and his fuel costs will drop considerably. This means he will be able to transport more passengers. Armando is a very responsible and hard-working person. He dreams that his son will be able to walk again and that both of his children will finish degree courses since that is something he could not do. He is trying to provide both of his children with a better future.
