Vanesa's story

Vanesa, 32 years old, is a friendly and hard-working woman. She lives in her own house along with her husband, Henry, 34, and their two dear children, Rosa who is 14 and Jorge who is 2, to whom she wishes to provide a better quality of life. Vanesa's business is located in her own house. Her food stall is well trafficked by people who wish to serve themselves a delicious dish at night, her specialties being Juanes and Tacacho (typical dishes of the Peruvian jungle), dishes with which she has made herself well known among her diners. What she likes most about her job is to cook since since she was young she had this hobby. She has been doing this activity for two years and considers the most difficult part is attending to all her customers at the same time. With time, she hopes to put together the necessary money to start a restaurant where she can provide better service to her customers. For this, she is requesting the help of all of you so she may develop her business selling food. This will be her fifth loan with MFP. She knows that she has to invest the money well if she wants her business to progress. In her community bank, she is a happy and active member. With the 2,500 new "soles" requested, she will buy more ingredients to prepare her delicious dishes.
