Rose is 39 years old, married and has four children. For ten years, she has been farming. She practises mixed farming, which includes growing coffee and rearing pigs and cows. Through Kiva partner, Faulu Kenya, she has managed to add dairy cows to her farm. Rose hopes to become a successful farmer in the future. She sees herself becoming financially stable within five years. Rose has requested a loan of 80,000 KES to buy animal feed and a dairy cow.
