Angel Marino
Angel, 53, lives in Primavera de Duran (an unregulated suburb that was built, informally, over the hills, gulleys and ponds of the city's outskirts and has done so much to damage the ecology of the area). He is married and has grown children who are married and independent. He operates a business buying and reselling soft drinks.

When Angel found himself unemployed, he decided to start a business selling cold drinks--water, soft drinks--and fresh fruits and he's been happy with the progress of the business. He works every day, delivering his products by motorcycle to his customers. He will use this loan to buy merchandise that he will resell. He would like to finish building his house so that he can provide his family with a better life.
