Samuel nacido en el departamento de Oruro, vive hace 30 años en la comunidad de Basilio a 20 kilómetros de el Torno, su actividad la elaboración de helados conocido en la zona, ya que entrega el producto a las escuelas ya que en época de calor tiene mucha venta, convive con la Sra. Anastasia ella se dedica a la venta de comida son personas responsables y tienen 2 hijos estudiantes viven en casa propia, su deseo del Sr. Samuel es el de ver a su hijos profesionales y también poder tener mayor elaboración de sus productos, con el dinero del crédito comprara un frízer para helados está agradecido con nuestra entidad por haber confiado en ellos y brindarle un apoyo económico.
