Leonardo's story

Leonardo belongs to the San Jose de Urubamba Communal Bank. The bank is located in the Urubamba district, Urubamba province, Cusco department.

Leonardo is 54 years old, married, and has three children. He alternates his daily activities with his business of selling ice cream and cake. He distributes the ice creams and cakes to different grocery stores in the Urubamba district. He also takes them to places like Maras, Izcuchaca, and Chinchero. He works in an independent manner.

He wants to expand and improve his business of selling ice cream and cake. He is requesting a loan to buy supplies like flour, butter, sugar, and fruit to make the ice creams and cakes.

He is very happy about the loan, and he pledges to make all of his payments.
