Transito De Jesús's story

Transito is a member of the communal bank Despertar, meaning To Wake. She lives in the community of Banos. This community is highly visited for its thermal waters that are fed into pools. There are many tourist locations. The population is dedicated to commerce, agriculture, and livestock farming. This district has a wide range of foods that captivates the palate of the local population and visitors alike.

Transito is 55 years old, married, and she has 5 grown children. Four are married and only one of her sons is single and he helps her financially. Her husband is a driver by trade and he is also a merchant. They don't have a house of their own which is why they live with one of their children.

Transito has been a seafood merchant for 20 years. She sells her products by traveling throughout the city and she also has a stand in the market. During her spare time she sells Yanbal brand clothing and cosmetics. She has had this business for 15 years and her clients place their orders at her home.

She has been in her communal bank for the past 6 years and she will invest her loan to purchase products for her businesses.

Her dream is to retain her health to be able to keep working.
