Gulsada's Group's story

Gulsada is the treasurer of this group. She is 48 and is married to a farmer. Together they have raised a daughter and a son. The daughter, 26, is handicapped and the son, 23, helps his parents with housework. The family has been engaged in cultivating agricultural products since 1993. By selling part of the harvest Gulsada earns 3,000 soms each month. With the loan she wants to purchase 200 liters of fuel, which is needed for work in her field. She will use part of the loan to hire labor. In the future Gulsada hopes to obtain a good harvest. She wants to make some money to improve her family’s living conditions.
