A loan of $750 helped to stock her store with more merchandise.

Eulalia's story

Eulalia, 31, is a mother living with her children. She owns her house which only has electricity located in an urban part of Tambogrande District about 40 minutes from Piura Department. These zones are noted for the high levels of commercial activity, farming, livestock raising and crafts that their residents engage in.

Eulalia has installed a grocery store in the front part of her house. She stocks basic need items (toilet paper, eggs, oil, milk, lye, detergent and all sorts of snacks, etc.) Through her home-based business she strives to provide a better standard of living for her family.

Since her sales have increased she has asked Edpyme Alternativa for a 2000 new sol loan to stock her store with more merchandise to continue meeting customer demand and at the same time increase income for her home.

Eulalia is known by her neighbors for being a cheerful woman always willing to help others and for being a responsible mother whose only objective is that they succeed as a family thanks to their effort, work and dedication.
