A loan of $750 helped buy animals and feed.

Leslier's story

Leiser is 40 years old and is a widow. He lives with his youngest son in an area called Nueva Arica in the Chiclayo province.

Leiser has made a living for the last 10 years by buying and selling animals that he keeps in corrals behind his house. He usually raises cows, pigs, sheep, turkeys and ducks. He feeds them grains and natural grasses. When the animals have reached a good point in their development, he sells them to the traders who always visit the area where he lives.

Leiser is asking for a loan of $750 from Edpyme Alternative in order to buy animals and feed and then sell them. He is known in his neighborhood for having very good references. His neighbors describe him as a diligent and hardworking man, who is always trying to get ahead in order to offer a better quality of life to his son.
