Leonor Gioconda's story

Leonor was born in the Province and Department of Cusco. She is 35 years old, married, and has three children.

Leonor is a homemaker and divides her time between her household activities and making crafts. She says that her husband’s family has a craft business and she began working there. Now she has a small vending post at the Sacsayhuaman archaeological site. Leonor has had this business since 1998 and has done very well as a result of her efforts.

Leonor is requesting a loan from Asociación Arariwa in the amount of 1000 PEN to buy materials such as wool and woven fabrics. The income she generates from the sale of her products will be used to repay her loan.

Leonor is a person who is well-known for being a hardworking and responsible woman, as well as a good mother who wants to provide a better future for her children and an improved quality of life for her family. She also dreams of buying a house.
