The committee's president is Reina, who lives with her husband and young son.

Reina works in a grocery store, selling all kinds of essential products to her neighbors so that they can stock up and cover their basic needs, especially with fruit, vegetables and baked goods (all items which make up the average family shopping basket).

Reina and her companions are very happy with the financial support that they are being provided with by Fundación Paraguaya and Kiva. With each loan that they receive, the ladies are enlarging their small businesses, and also their incomes, so that they can enjoy a better quality of life.

The committee is currently in its fifth loan cycle and has 11 members.

Las mujeres del presente comité son del barrio San Jose de la ciudad de Caacupé.
La presidenta del comité es la señora Reina, vive con su marido y su pequeño hijo en la mencionada localidad.
Ella trabaja en su despensa, vendiendo toda clase de productos de primera necesidad a sus vecinos para que puedan abastecer y cubrir sus necesidades básicas, especialmente con verduras, frutas y panificados, elementos de todas canasta familiar.
Es por eso que solicita el préstamo a Fundación Paraguaya mediante Kiva, para que pueda adquirir mayor cantidad de estos productos que oferta en distintas variedades y calidades.
Ella como también sus compañeras están muy satisfechas con el apoyo económico que les han brindado la Fundación Paraguaya y Kiva en etapas pasadas, pues con cada crédito que han obtenido anteriormente las señoras están aumentando sus pequeños negocios y así también sus ingresos para una mejor calidad de vida, y pretenden poder contar nuevamente en este periodo con el crédito.
Actualmente están en el ciclo Nº 5 con sus 11 integrantes.
