La Segunda Rosa Group's story

The 'La Segunda Rosa' group can be seen in this photo. The group is located in the State of Puebla, Mexico and has 11 members. In the photo, you can see the business activity that Angela, one of the group's members, is engaged in. Angela's business is selling meals and breakfasts to school pupils and others who request them. She says that she has been in this business for several years. She says that she started out in business selling juice but people were also requesting food so she started making breakfasts and it went very well. Her customers say that the food she sells is delicious, hygienic and she provides good portions.

Angela is happy with the loan that she is being granted. She is grateful for the good service and says that she will use her money to buy more supplies and products for preparing her meals. She will also buy a gas broiler since the one she has is a somewhat worn through use. Angela would like to use her profits to save up so that she can celebrate her children's first communion during her community's fiestas. She is certain that, with this help, in the future she will achieve this goal and others.

Angela is 27 years old and studied up to the third year of high school. She is a single mother and has two sons.
