Jacinto Alejandro's story

Jacinto, 31, lives in a periurban zone in El Paraíso in Guayaquil, an area known for its hilly streets. He’s married and his wife sells beauty products via catalogue.

He started as a helper very young and seeing that he liked it took technical courses where he leaned the art and with that experience now has his own electromechanical shop. He works from home but also goes to customers’ houses to work there. With help from the loan he wants to buy more vehicle spare parts to sell in his shop and also when repairs need to be done to have them on hand thus increasing his profits.
