A loan of $450 helped to provide maintenance to the motor and gears of his motorcycle.

Juan Carlos's story

Juan, age 46, lives with his wife and their two minor children. They live in his mother’s house in a rural zone in the Chiclayo district. Juan is a hard-working man who struggles to give his children the best education.

He devotes himself to providing public transportation service. He has a “mototaxi”, which is a motorcycle with a passenger cabin in the back. Juan has been doing this for five years. This business activity allows his children to complete their education. It also allows him to give his family certain comforts.

Juan is requesting a loan for 1,200 soles from Edpyme Alternativa. He will use the loan for maintenance on the motor and the gears of his mototaxi.

Juan has already worked with our institution, and he has satisfactorily paid back his loans.
