A loan of $450 helped to buy a variety of cloth to continue making clothing and to sell better quality, resulting in more income.

Jessica Vianey's story

Jessica, a seamstress, began sewing with her mother in law six years ago to provide for her family. Then she began to invest in cloth with the goal of selling more clothing, and also doing repairs and alterations on her clients' garments. She also sells shoes, to further help herself, since there are many expenses to cover.

In the last few months she has produced more clothes to meet the demand of her clients, thanks to the financing provided by Afodenic. With this new loan she will buy two rolls of satin finish cloth, one hundred adornments to put on the clothing, thirty yards of cloth for dresses and suits, buttons, zippers, and thread. She wants to make good quality items so they sell rapidly at reasonable prices.
