Aghabek is 62 years old and lives in Tsakhkunk village in the Sevan area with his wife. Aghabek’s children are married and live separately from their parents. For a long time, Aghabek worked at a state-owned cattle farm as a farm worker.

Aghabek and his wife have been farming for over 18 years and they say they like that occupation very much. On their own farm they breed cows and sheep. Thanks to his farming Aghabek was able to buy a truck, which he uses to deliver fodder for his farm animals.

Aghabek is asking from Kiva lenders a loan for 500,000 AMD, which he will use to buy 8 or 10 calves. That will allow him to expand his farm and increase his family's income in the near future.
