Ideal Group's story

The 'Ideal' group is made up of three hard-working, entrepreneurial women who have been working with ADIM for 11 loan cycles. The group's coordinator is Thelma who sells fruit in Masaya market. She started her business 40 years ago, selling the produce that she grew in her vegetable garden. She currently buys other people's harvested crops. The other members of the group are 41 year-old Irene who has been making traditional dresses for eight years and 22 year-old Tania who makes embroidered products and traditional clothing.
