The 'Ideal' group is made up of three hard-working, entrepreneurial women who have been working with ADIM for 11 loan cycles. The group's coordinator is Thelma who sells fruit in Masaya market. She started her business 40 years ago, selling the produce that she grew in her vegetable garden. She currently buys other people's harvested crops.

The other members of the group are 41 year-old Irene who has been making traditional dresses for eight years and 22 year-old Tania who makes embroidered products and traditional clothing.

El grupo Ideal lo conforman tres mujeres trabajadoras y emprendedoras quienes tienen 11 ciclos con Adim. La coordinadora es la señora Thelma quien se dedica a la venta de frutas en el mercado de Masaya. Ella inicio este negocio hace 40 años vendiendo los productos que producía en su huerta actualmente ella compra cosechas.

Las otras integrantes son Irene de 41 años quien desde hace 8 años realiza trajes típicos y Tania de 22 años se dedica a la realización de bordados y ropa típica.
