Freddy Alberto Chavarria M. es un señor casado y con un hijo a su responsabilidad, este cliente tiene ubicado el negocio de venta de ropa nueva y usada en la ciudad de Chinandega. Lo comienza hace siete años, tiene de trabajar con CEPRODEL tres años, dice que este negocio lo emprendió cuando queda sin trabajo por una temporada, y que de esa venta pudo preparar a sus hijos.

Este señor, trabaja con CEPRODEL desde hace tres año, nos manifiesta que se siente muy bien con los créditos otorgados pues han sido muy oportunos y brindados de manera muy ágil, y que en su momento le han servido para compra de mercadería que no la tenia en existencia.

Actualmente este negocio está ubicado cerca de la estación principal de buses en Chinandega.
