Mujeres De La Luna Group's story

This photo was taken at Gloria F.’s house, a member of the Mujeres de la Luna (Women of the Moon) group located in the Mexican state of Veracruz.

Gloria started selling clothes and shoes ten years ago. At the moment of requesting the loan she feels satisfied with the opportunity she’s being given to invest in her business. She’s 32 years old and studied up high school. She’s married and has a son.

She wants this loan to buy seasonal clothes and shoes to make her business grow. Her customers are local people from her community and they comment that they like the clothes and shoes she sells very much and the good way she tends to them because she always delivers everything on time. She also hopes to gain more profits to provide her family with a better quality of life and education for her son so that he’ll reach his dreams and have a better future.
