A loan of $700 helped to buy cheese, beans, fried pork rinds, loroco and drinks.

Rosa Amalia's story

Rosa Amalia is 60 years old and lives with her two children in her own home. She owns a pupusería called Rosita which is very famous and popular as the pupusas Rosa makes have an unbeatable taste and she sells them at a good price. In addition, her business is very hygienic and she treats her customers well. For Rosa, the most productive work is that which is produced by the hands of a happy person and she tries to pass this on to her customers. Rosa is requesting a loan from INTEGRAL so that she can buy raw materials such as cheese, beans, fried pork rinds, 'loroco' (a native vine with edible flowers), drinks and other products so that she can make and sell her delicious pupusas. Rosa hopes that her business will enable her to continue covering her household needs and that it will be useful for her family in the future.
