The Wakilaré group was set up in December 2007. It is made up of ten women who live in the same neighborhood. They get on well together and their main activity is trading on a small scale.

Mrs. D. Ba (who is standing on the extreme right of the photo) is in charge of the group. She is 47 years old, married and mother to seven children.

She has a small business selling vegetables in the market in her neighborhood. She has more than five years' experience in this field. Her new loan will enable her to finance this business. The profits that it generate will allow her to help her husband to provide for their children's schooling and food.

Le groupe Jokker Endam est créé le 15 Novembre 2006 au jour d’inauguration du banc villageois. Il compte 10 femmes qui vivent dans la même localité. Leur activité principale est le petit commerce.

Madame Bintou (assise à gauche de la photo, et en médaillon en bas à droite) est responsable du groupe. Elle est âgée de 52. Elle est mariée et mère de trois enfants.

Elle vend des légumes dans le marché de son quartier. Elle maîtrise bien cette activité. Elle a en son actif plus de 6 ans d’expérience.

Ce nouveau crédit lui permettra d’acheter des légumes pour les revendre dans son marché.

Les bénéfices lui permettront de soutenir son mari dans la prise en charge de la scolarité et santé des enfants.
