A loan of $1,100 helped to purchase hair extensions and weaves.

Youlta's story

Youlta is a hairdresser by profession. She is married to a freight broker and is mother to two children. She began her business in 2002, getting supplies of hair extensions and weaves in Accra (Ghana), a country which borders the west of Togo and Senegal. She would like to equip her hairdressing salon with a new range of appliances, which will enable her to have more customers and increase her profits, so she can help to educate her children.
