A loan of $900 helped to purchase construction materials for building a wall.

Amparo Justina's story

Amparo is a hardworking, honest, and humble woman. She is married; her husband works and helps her economically. Her children are students. She has her own business where she sells tortillas and nacatamales (a Nicaraguan dish), which has been a source of income for her household for some time. Amparo started this business with her own funds and would like to increase her sales because she has a plan to make some improvements in her home.

The loan will be used to purchase construction materials for building a wall -- sand, concrete blocks, gravel, cement, wooden beams and others. These home improvements will allow Amparo to provide greater comfort and safety for her family and for her business.
