A loan of $1,075 helped to buy a better breed of cow.

Jose Nicolas's story

José is a single man who is 38-years-old. He has his own house made from rustic materials which has only water and electricity. It is located on Venezuela Avenue in the Monsefú district fifteen minutes from the Chiclayo province. Monsefú is characterized by a population that works in agriculture, livestock, crafts, and tourism. José has worked selling milk and flowers for the last seven years. The businesses José has are very prosperous and are getting more important all the time in the local market which allows him to continue to improve his quality of life.
José has requested a 3000 nuevos soles loan from Edpyme Alternativa through “Capital Semilla” (Seed Capital) to buy a cow of a better breed and thus improve the quality of his milk and to be able to continue increasing his income as his customers are more and more demanding. This will also allow him the opportunity to offer it at a better price. José has shown himself to be a very responsible customer through other loans that he has been given which he has paid punctually.
