Maximiliana's story

Maximiliana, 69, is a very humble, hard working woman living in her own house. What she most wants is to work hard to live a tranquil old age.

Maximiliana’s food stand is the busiest in the Virgen de las Mercedes Market in Comas District. Her customers come by daily to enjoy the delicious meals she prepares. She is a very skilled cook who has loved cooking since she was a little girl and now feels fulfilled doing this work. What she enjoys the most about it is cooking and this is why she does it with so much dedication. She’s been in this line of work for 26 years and considers the most difficult part of it tending to all the people who come into her restaurant because often she has to work by herself.

With the passage of time she hopes to improve her food stand’s infrastructure so that she can have more customers. This is her 4th loan with MFP and she intends to be very punctual with her payments because she wants to be able to access more loans; she is a very participative member of her communal bank.

She will use the requested 3000 new sol loan to buy new pots and utensils because the ones she used have deteriorated over time.
