Tessito Group's story

The Tessito group was founded on May 26, 2011. It has 15 women members who all work together for their small business. They understand each other well as they all live very close.

Sadio Sané, first of the left with her hand raised is in charge of the group. She is 79 years old. She is a widow and the mother of five children. She is also financially responsible for another five people.

She sells vegetables at the market in her village. She has been selling her goods from the same place for eight years.

With this loan she is going to increase her supply of vegetables in order to increase her revenues.

Her goal is to provide for her needs and those of her family.
