In the photo is Agripina M. I. and her three-year-old son. For three years, Agripina has been operating a salon. She also relies on her husband, who is a driver, for financial support.
Agripina says that before she joined Faulu Kenya, she had only one blow dryer machine and didn’t have a business premise. Now, she is happy because she has an equipped salon. In five years, she hopes to open a hair dressing school and a cosmetics shop. She has requested for 50,000 Kes to buy Tong set, hair braids, pony tails and hair chemicals.
