Gulnara's Group's story

Gulnara H. is the leader of this group. She is 22 and married to a builder. Her husband works in Russia. In order to meet the family needs, Gulnara grows cotton. She has a baby so her parents-in-law help her in farming. The family started cultivating cotton three years ago with an initial investment of 10,000 soms. When they sell some part of the harvest, the family earns 5,000 soms per month. With money received from the loan, Gulnara wants to purchase mineral fertilizers for farming.
