Elias is 29 years old and married. He and his wife do not yet have children. For the past two years, Elias has owned a general store where he sells sugar, cassava flour, and peanuts. His wife runs the business with him and the store allows them to easily meet their needs.
Elias is requesting a loan to buy more food items such as cassava flour and peanuts to sell. With the profit he hopes to make, Elias would like to finalize the construction of his house.
